Honey Garlic Spare Ribs
Make a delicious and easy meal with this honey garlic spare ribs recipe. This was my favorite meal to make when I was a graduate student! My honey garlic spare ribs recipe is simple, and it uses four ingredients: pork, garlic, honey and oyster sauce. I just love using honey because it creates a delectable glaze on the surface of the pork as it slowly bakes in the oven.
This dish reminds of the pork spare ribs my mom use to make when I was younger. She fried garlic and pork spare ribs in a pan and then bake them in the oven. I added a few more ingredients to make a slightly different recipe.
For my honey garlic spare ribs, I used boneless ribs, but feel free to use regular spare ribs with the bones if you prefer to bite off your meat. I also recommend using organic pork if possible because the taste and quality will be better. Enjoy the recipe!

Honey Garlic Spare Rib Directions
If using boneless spare ribs, cut pork in 1/2 inch pieces and poke holes in the meat so it can absorb the marinade. Add the honey, oyster sauce and minced garlic and mix everything well. Marinate overnight. Place in the fridge.
If using regular spare ribs with the bone still on it, poke a few holes around and the meat. Rub the marinade well into the meat and marinate overnight. Place the pork in the fridge.
After a day of marinating, place pork in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degree F.
After 1 hour, your ribs are ready to eat. Garnish with fresh green onions!
