This grill size is perfect especially if you live in apartment or condo and don’t have a yard for an outdoor grill. One great thing about the grill is the grease tray. The grill is tilted and will drain the fat from the meat or burger into the grease tray.
If you don’t already have a George Foreman, I recommend buying one here. The smaller size George Foreman Grills are inexpensive and affordable. My excuse for getting one is the freedom and ease to make burgers in the convenience of my own home. If burgers are your life, please get one!! Now let’s move on to the George Foreman burger recipe. I have used 85% and 93% percent lean meat to cook my burger on the grill. I’ve concluded it doesn’t matter if you use lean meat for this burger recipe because the George Foreman Grill will remove most of the fat. Say Good bye to fast food burgers because you will just will be cooking hamburgers at home. Say hello to homemade George Foreman burgers!

This George Foreman Burger Recipe makes 6 patties.The ingredients for this recipe are 1 pound ground beef, onions, brown sugar, green onion, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, and Worcestershire sauce
Put all the ingredients into the bowl and mix them together. Evenly divide the meat into 6 balls. Then flatten out the balls to create the burger patty.
You don’t need to add oil on the George Foreman Grill since it has a non-stick coating. Turn on the grill to pre-heat for a few minutes. Add patties to the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes. No flipping required.
You will get a yummy and delectable burger with nice grill marks in less than 10 minutes. Place those patties on a bun; add lettuce tomatoes, mayo, ketchup and mustard. Make it a cheeseburger and add cheese! There you have it! How does it feel to make your first George Foreman burger?

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1/8 cup minced onions
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 pound ground beef
Instructions

In a bowl, put in meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, chopped green onions, onions, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix the ingredients together.
